Q Series speakers by KEF bring you the intensity of a musical performance in natural, accurate high-resolution sound. Since 1991 the award-winning Q Series has delighted music lovers with outstanding sound quality and innovative design. Its 8th iteration brings more depth and clarity for greater realism.
Uni-Q Sound
The Uni-Q driver array places the tweeter in the centre of the midrange and bass cone, bringing the acoustic ideal of a single point source closer than ever. The result, enhanced by KEF's 'tangerine' waveguide over the tweeter, is a more accurate three-dimensional sound that's dispersed evenly throughout the room.
New System Design
Putting the Uni-Q driver in its own sealed cabinet reduces the load on the cone and increases clarity and detail while delivering cleaner bass. Midrange clarity is enhanced by driver improvements that mean the DC blocking capacitor to be eliminated from the crossover, allowing a more natural roll-off between drivers.
Tweaking The Tweeter
With the addition of the damped tweeter loading tube providing a gentle termination of sound produced from the back of the tweeter, lower treble performance is improved dramatically and a new low-distortion inductor on the crossover provides cleaner bass. The Q Series reproduces the nuances of bass instruments with ease. With a larger roll surround and new suspension KEF drivers produce cleaner bass at high volumes. A new cone structure improves midrange clarity and an enhanced Auxiliary Bass Radiator (ABR) with a new surround and rear suspension enhances bass quality.
CFD-Designed Port
Featuring a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) port design with the port repositioned to the rear of the speaker, clarity is improved by reducing the audibility of the midrange leakage through the port. Low-frequency (LF) drivers now have a larger roll surround, along with a new suspension to produce cleaner bass at high volumes. A new cone structure improves midrange clarity, and an enhanced Auxiliary Bass Radiator (ABR) with a new surround and rear suspension delivers better controlled and more impressive bass.

Opinions about KEF Q750 Floorstanding Speakers (Pair), Black
Minuses
Demanding on the amplifier, ‘dry’ sound
Review
I chose for a long time between different options (Dali, Heco, Magnat), I immediately searched for a bunch of nobliks and amplifier.
It was determined for himself that this model is the middle ground among others in this price range. Very detailed, average frequencies are practiced, perhaps, better than all other models in this segment from what I heard at all. The sound is restrained, for someone it may seem dry or inexpressive, rather monitor. But it was precisely such a sound that I picked up for myself, so for me - the perfect balance in sound. You can listen to them for weeks, do not get tired :)
Pretty demanding on the amplifier, the potential is very high for this price (do not look at the characteristics, they will say little about you in fact). On an amplifier to open sound on these guys, you should not save.
The speakers are extremely sensitive to the quality of reproduced material, play for sure and without embellishment.
Play in conjunction with NAD C368, a room of about 20 squares. For a complete dive, you need Saba Sayazka, although with ‘Nizami’ they have order.
Satisfied with the purchase, thanks to the remote control team for patience

Pros
The quality of the finish, the sound quality, the ease in the buildup (read the review).
Minuses
For this price they simply do not! Unless the spikes that “a little” spoil the floor)
Review
You will find a detailed review of sound characteristics on the Internet without problems. Here I will share more emotions from the purchase and the first setting.
I am a long -standing KEF fan. For the 50m2 room, it was decided to buy “fillers”. I chose between Q550 and Q750. Q950 did not go through the budget. I was worried that the Denon DRA800 receiver would not be enough for Q750, but the tempting price decided everything for me.
Denon was bought for these columns, but to check how much he pulls them, he connected for comparison to Primar i32.
1. They are light! Not at all demanding on the amplifier, even Denon really rocks them. Tested with Tidal Master. PRIMARA did not notice much difference (the difference in the price and level of the amplifier is many times greater).
2. The quality of the finish is gorgeous. This is of course not a veneer, but next to the veneered furniture they are not lost. Unless the speakers are slightly darker than furniture (unfortunately did not fall into color).
3. The price in Russia is now lower than in Europe. There are no analogues for such a price. KEF is worth a closer look.
