The BasX A1 is a monoblock power amplifier that delivers 200 watts into 8 Ohms and 325 watts into 4 Ohms, with a rated THD+N of < 0.02%, and an A-weighted S/N ratio of 112 dB. The BasX A1 features a heavy-duty linear power supply, high-quality Class A/B amplification, transparent fault protection, and a trigger input and output. A high quality industry standard unbalanced RCA input enables the BasX A1 to be used with almost any preamp or processor and audiophile grade five way speaker terminals accept banana plugs, spade lugs, or bare wire. These features combine to enable the BasX A1 to deliver true audiophile performance and sound quality at an amazingly affordable price.
In addition to the features it shares with our other BasX power amplifiers, as a true monoblock the BasX A1 also offers several other benefits that will be appreciated by dedicated audiophiles. Monoblocks offer the ultimate assurance that there will be no unwanted interaction between channels. The audio signal for each channel is handled by a separate amplifier, powered by its own heavy duty power supply, housed in its own separate chassis. In general, I think in terms of price/sound/quality in combination with the mind this kit is excellent. At the audition, it was possible to compare with Rotel A12 MKII. The difference in favor of the Emotiva kit is heard. I have one serious complaint to the apparatus, which does not allow us to say about it - perfect. A crossover is built into the amplifier - access to the LF and HF with the frequency of section 90 Hz. It is bad that the frequency of the section and the steepness of the recession cannot be adjusted, but this is the half of trouble. The main trouble is not a signal level adjustment. Yes, usually it is on a subwoofer, but in my case, due to 160 watts (8th), the Umotiva A2 mind requires a lower level, not a subwoofer. An unambiguous recommendation for stereo, I do not recommend for configuration 2.1.

The best option for this money! Accurate signal transmission, without painting. More than sufficient power. It works with a "heavy" acoustics with a large wide range of impedance.

All attempts to find the USB driver from the official sources of Microsoft were unsuccessful. Long searches on the forums gave the result. There was a special installation program from Emotiva engineers. The OS defines after installation as a conclusion to the "dynamics of Emotiva". Installed as an application! Moreover, it approaches all Windows from the 7th to the 11th !!! Look for a file in the NET: Emotiva_pt1_TA1_USB_20210726.EXE. All Hi-Fi and pleasant listening;)))
