Dali Wall Speaker Rubicon Lcr Vino Rosso
The DALI Rubicon range sets a new benchmark for affordable audiophile sound quality reproduction. The perfect blend of beautiful design and sound engineering expertise. True music lovers want their music to come alive, DALI have experimented with new and old technologies to product a range of speaker that can transport listeners back to the venue or studio at the moment their music of choice was originally recorded.
The wall mounted Rubicon LCR is simply born to stand out in both sound performance and design with the hybrid tweeter module and the wood fibre low loss driver. The compact Rubicon LCR delivers a wide dynamic range, a coherent sound with lots of details all together with a bass response that’s unrivalled in its class.
The rotatable hybrid tweeter module makes it possible to use the Rubicon LCR as either the left or right channel, or as a centre speaker. The 6½ inch woofer uses the ingeniously designed bass port to reach maximum bass depth. With the Rubicon LCR, you are sure to experience a sound performance that will dazzle you and leave you with goose bumps.
Low Loss Technology
The cone used in the Rubicon series draws upon the heritage from the Epicon technologies, and has a light, rigid and randomly uneven structure. This lower the complexity of the central part of the motor, ensures even piston like movements, reduces the possibility of surface resonance greatly and creates an extremely low distortion within the Rubicon series. The soft low-loss rubber surround is designed and bespoke specifically for the Rubicon series, and all of the components are situated in an aluminum chassis designed for maximum airflow around the cone and magnet system.
SMC Magnet
All variants in the Rubicon series feature woofers with the 6.5-inch wood-fibre cones and the DALI SMC (soft magnetic compound) magnet motor system which reduces distortion as never heard before. The secret is the individually coated magnet granules that make it possible to mould a a strong magnet that’s not electrically conductive. The unique SMC magnet system and a reworked version of DALI's hybrid tweeter module work together, along with individual bass ports for each woofer, to produce audio exactly as the recording artist originally imagined it.
Tweeters
The Rubicon series makes use of both the soft dome tweeter working alone, and the hybrid tweeter configuration an amazing rendering of the high frequencies. The voice coil used in the Rubicon series is designed to be very light and agile in order to achieve a broader bandwidth. This lighter voice coil is placed inside a powerful ferrite magnet that keeps a tight control of its movements. The ribbon tweeter is the master of wide dispersion and combining it with the soft dome, the tweeter module starts working as low as 2.5 KHz. This extreme bandwidth combined with the ultra wide dispersion is an important part of the DALI sound philosophy.

Pros
The size of the spike. Production quality
Review
Spikes resemble cones in their execution. The diameter is 26 mm, they ideally suited me for installing the reel subwoofer. The legs of the subwoofer are 30x30 mm and standard cones with a diameter of 36 mm are of course large, and these are simply perfect. The kit is made very high quality, the coating is reliable. The spike is adjustable in height, which is very convenient when installing. After installing the bass, it really became contour and correct chtoli. There is no hum from the wooden floor. I am satisfied with the result and the appearance that the spikes, that the subwoofer on these spikes in general. I recommend.

Pros
The spikes are made very carefully. Excellent coating. High -quality adhesive base. The optimal height for shelf acoustics.
Review
First of all, thank you for the help of the specialists of the Salon "Polta" (Novosibirsk). This is far from the first appeal to them. And always everything is done quickly and accurately: whether it is the purchase of connectors or high-class audio equipment.
Now about the spikes. Very well made. The coating is even. Perfectly polished. The spikes are fixed on the articles of AE 101. Acoustics is connected in a mini-system based on Denon DM 40, connected by a one and a half meter cable with a cross-section of 12AWG. Nakamichi connectors ("shovels" on acoustics and "bananas" on an amplifier). The AC housings are installed on the aforementioned spikes. And those, in turn, rely on the marble base weighing about 4 kilograms located under each "column".
The sound of the system has become, as they say, "collected." The entire range without “ringing” on HF and “buzz” is played out at low frequencies.
I am very glad to purchase.
