In this price category of active shelf column, this is a great example of price and quality ratio. Low cleanliness with an increase in volume create a "porridge", the issue was decided by connecting the subwoofer. These columns are sensitive to the quality of the recording (the mouthpiece emphasizes all the defects of the audio road, each dust is heard), when using without a subwoofer, they are not quite suitable for modern music with emphasis on the bass, in my ear this acoustics are suitable for rocks, jazz, folk, and sulk.
